We are looking for a leader who can help us expand and coach a team of world class Sales Development Representatives. As a growing team we need a team player who can help us meet and exceed our quotas while developing and mentoring their team.
This team supports our sales organization by scheduling product demonstrations through outbound phone and email prospecting on our database of Tax and Accounting firms. These appointments are crucial to helping our sales team identify and close sales opportunity.
In this opportunity as Sales Development Team Manager, you will:
Take ownership of leading and coaching a team that can meet and exceed monthly demo quotas
Communicate weekly updates to Sales Directors and other stakeholders within the company
Administer performance management conversations and review demos scheduled to ensure quality
Utilize and optimize the team's use of sales automation tools such as (but not limited to) ZoomInfo, Outreach, and Salesforce
Coordinate with other departments such as marketing to make sure the team is aligned with the strategy of the organization
Create a productive and fun team culture through sales contests and team activities
