About the Role

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for positions in the Business and Sales areas, ensuring agility, quality, and strategic alignment.

  • Conduct consultative intake sessions with hiring managers to define the ideal profile, attraction strategy, and process timeline.

  • Develop and execute sourcing campaigns using advanced techniques such as Boolean search, talent mapping, and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • Build and maintain robust pipelines of qualified candidates, including passive talent, through strategic approaches.

  • Conduct behavioral interviews and apply validated assessment tools to compile the final candidate shortlist.

  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers in the final decision-making and offer package definition, in collaboration with HRBP and Compensation.

  • Ensure a smooth and positive recruitment journey, with clear communication and complete information recorded in the recruitment system.

About You

  • You have proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, focusing on Business, Sales, or related SaaS Solutions roles.

  • You possess consultative skills and easily build relationships with stakeholders at various levels.

  • You are proficient in sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and passive talent outreach.

  • You are fluent in Portuguese and have intermediate to advanced English, with excellent verbal and written communication.

  • You can manage multiple roles simultaneously, maintaining organization and a results-driven focus.

  • You are a reference in recruitment best practices, candidate experience, and market intelligence.

  • You have contributed to the development of other recruiters by sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.
