Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you are the first point of contact for our existing and potential new customers, presenting our diverse product portfolio. The position includes not only the acquisition and qualification of customers but also strategic follow-up and development.

The work can be done partially from home. Regular presence in our office in Erkrath several times a week is desirable to foster close collaboration with stakeholders.

  • You identify and contact strategic existing customers as well as potential new customers.
  • You qualify leads and hand them over to the relevant teams when appropriate.
  • You support your colleagues in sales and consulting by analyzing market trends to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • You proactively maintain relationships with existing strategic customers to secure long-term business relationships.
  • Finally, you are responsible for identifying and implementing up- and cross-selling opportunities.

You have at least 3 years of experience in sales. Ideally, you also have a good understanding of logistics processes and operations. To communicate effectively within your team and with our customers, you have fluent German and English skills. Your analytical thinking allows you to recognize customer needs and develop corresponding sales strategies. A team-oriented approach and high cooperation readiness complete your profile.
