As the Sales Assistant, you will maintain sales collateral inventory, assist with the development and distribution of sales marketing material, and provide general administrative and sales support.

  1. Monitors and maintains sales collateral inventory which includes placing orders with established vendors, receiving and storing supplies, ensuring invoice accuracy
  2. Ensures customer satisfaction and positive rapport with vendors
  3. Handles trade shows registration process and coordinates shipping and receiving logistics
  4. Reviews sales material to ensure accuracy, relevance, and timeliness
  5. Brainstorms and develops ideas and concepts for creative sales campaigns
  6. Reports sales data and provides training to brokers

Skills and Experience Needed:

  • High School diploma/GED
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
