Key Account Executive / Sales Analytical Consultant

We are looking for talented people with diverse backgrounds and skills to strengthen our fast-growing team. And that is where you come in: we are seeking an exceptional Key Account Executive (Out Of Home) / Sales Analytical Consultant for our office in Amsterdam.

We seek a data-driven professional to strengthen our Key Account team by building and optimizing reports, dashboards, and analytical processes. In this role, you will develop and automate performance dashboards to monitor the health of partners and operational KPIs. You will conduct ad-hoc and in-depth analyses to discover growth opportunities and efficiency improvements. By working closely with Key Account Managers, you will translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making and partner success.

Your role includes:

  • Building on existing relationships with stakeholders, both at headquarters and at the store level.
  • Understanding the challenges on the store floor and finding it important to be present and feeling the practice.
  • Combining the knowledge you gain on the store floor with other data sources to develop business cases, annual plans, and strategies together with Key Account Managers.
  • Initiating projects to save more meals with our partners. Here, you will take a data-driven approach: you will closely monitor success, quality, and scalability.
  • Sharing best practices with the team to improve our way of working and actively looking for opportunities to grow further.
  • Reporting & dashboarding: developing, maintaining, and automating recurring Key Account performance dashboards and reports to effectively monitor partner health and operational KPIs.
  • Actionable insights: conducting ad-hoc and in-depth data analyses on Key Account metrics (such as meal saving rates, retention, and sales uplift) to identify optimization opportunities and translate these into concrete recommendations for Key Account Managers.
  • Process efficiency: working directly with the partner-focused team to improve reporting processes, ensure data quality, and support the shift towards more efficient, data-driven decision-making within the department.

  • A professional and proactive attitude; you do not shy away from end-to-end responsibility.
  • You are comfortable giving training and conducting conversations at headquarters level.
  • You have a strong analytical and entrepreneurial mind and enjoy working with data. With this, you know how to spot opportunities and develop growth strategies that reduce food waste by involving more stores and increasing supply per store.
  • You like being involved in projects and taking up new initiatives that take the organization further.
  • You are not afraid to give or receive constructive feedback. In the fight against food waste, we personally and we challenge each other directly. You do not take feedback personally, but think in the bigger picture.
  • You show a willingness to learn and grow. Your ability to self-reflect is an important building block for your development in this role and within your further career at Too Good To Go.
  • Analytical rigor: strong skills in data extraction, analysis and visualization, with an eye for detail and accuracy in all your output.
  • Communication & organization: excellent organizational skills, strong in time management and presenting complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Technical data fluency: experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation, and hands-on experience with Salesforce (reports and dashboards) and Business Intelligence tools (such as Looker) is a strong plus.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
