We are looking for salespeople for Too Good To Go in Prague! We have an ambitious goal: to inspire and motivate everyone to fight food waste.

Why is this important? Because more than 1/3 of the food produced in the world ends up in the trash. And this has a huge impact on the health of our planet – 10% of carbon dioxide emissions come from food waste and loss!

We are the largest app in the world that fights food waste, connecting stores that have surplus unsold food with people who can buy and enjoy it. But we are not just an app – we are a certified "B Corporation" and our mission is to inspire and motivate everyone to join the fight against food waste. That's why we do everything we can – we create educational tools, share our knowledge, look for new business solutions, and even try to change legislation to reduce food waste.

This means we are looking for talented people with various skills and experiences to join our fast-growing team. And here you come into the picture! We are looking for a Sales Account Executive for our Prague team to help us expand our impact across the Czech Republic.

Your mission:

You are enthusiastic about building relationships and want to expand our community of food waste fighters by reaching out to restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bistros, and other food sellers.

You will be the first point of contact for our new partners and will mainly actively reach out to potential partners – by phone, email, and in person. Your task will be to introduce them to Too Good To Go, teach them how to use our app, and help them find the best solution for their surplus food.

You will collaborate with the team on market research, look for interesting business opportunities, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest in Too Good To Go.

Who we are looking for:

  • Communicative personalities who easily build relationships and can empathize with the needs of our partners (restaurants, bakeries, cafes, etc.)
  • Experience in cold-calling – telephone outreach to new partners is a key part of our work, so we are looking for people who are not afraid of a high volume of calls
  • Excellent listeners and communicators who can ask the right questions and present our vision enthusiastically and clearly
  • Proactive salespeople who are not afraid to call new potential partners and do not give up at the first obstacles
  • Team players who identify with our mission and share our values – passion, growth, creativity, and ingenuity
  • Independent professionals who can manage their work time and effectively communicate with their manager
  • High-performing talents who want to contribute to achieving our company goals and track their own progress
  • Willingness to travel and help develop Too Good To Go in different regions

What you should have:

  • Sales experience, especially with active outreach to new customers and closing deals over the phone
  • Experience with cold-calling – we are looking for someone who is used to a high number of calls and has the persistence to achieve results
  • Ability to manage your sales pipeline and work effectively with data and prioritization
  • A genuine passion for our mission and a desire to contribute to positive change
  • Energy and motivation – we are looking for someone who is self-driven to achieve great results
  • Excellent communication skills – from active listening to persuasive presentation
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Team spirit that motivates not only themselves but also others to achieve common goals
  • Fluent Czech and good knowledge of English
