The Sales Account Manager is responsible for selling the Topgolf experience by creating memorable events for our Players. This role focuses on building partnerships with corporate clients through both inbound and outbound sales efforts while also networking within the community to expand relationships.
Deliver best-in-class experiences from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up
Partner with the Director of Sales to foster a fun, engaging, and high-performing sales environment
Collaborate with Operations to ensure seamless event execution
Consistently meet or exceed outbound sales goals to drive event growth
Maintain accuracy, quality, and process consistency in all sales activities
Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with leadership
Build brand awareness by networking and engaging with local organizations (Chamber of Commerce, CVBs, etc.)

5+ years of sales experience (hospitality or events industry strongly preferred)
Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of the local business community and established client connections
Outgoing, energetic personality with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-through
Willingness to work Saturdays as part of a scheduled rotation
This is a salaried, non-exempt position scheduled for 40 hours per week, including weekend availability on a rotation basis.
