- Responsible for establishing door lists based on sales goals and KPIs to drive brand conversion in stores
- Achieve regional sales goals by providing hands-on store training, education, and support for sales and education strategies
- Collaborate closely with Beauty Advisor teams to drive brand awareness and conversion in stores
- Conduct regular events and trainings to maximize in-store productivity and client interaction
- Provide competitive analysis, assortment needs, inventory opportunities, and overall business insights from the field

- Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in the beauty and retail industry, with a proven track record of driving sales growth
- Experience working in Sephora in-store is essential for success in this role
- Ability to travel at least 75% of the time is required, so a flexible and adaptable mindset is crucial
- Hyper-focused on achieving results while upholding integrity and maintaining a solution-oriented approach to challenges
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with store teams and clients
