Sales Representative

Responsabilities:

  • Cold Calling and Identifying New Opportunities: Conduct phone calls to potential clients to promote Charisma HCM solutions and Total Soft services.
  • Taking Over Leads from Marketing: Take over leads generated by the marketing team and actively follow up to convert these opportunities into sales.
  • Presenting Solutions: Participate in client meetings, provide detailed presentations of the Charisma HCM product, and explain its benefits in human resource management.
  • Support for Senior Sales Manager: Provide support in activities related to large clients and contribute to developing strategies for attracting them.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure smooth transition and quality service to clients.
  • Creating and Transmitting Financial Offers: Prepare customized financial offers and transmit them to prospects.
  • Follow-up: Monitor progress and follow up with new prospects to close sales and strengthen relationships with them.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in sales, IT services, telecommunications, or similar fields.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to deliver clear presentations to clients.
  • Driving License: Valid driving license (category B).
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge in technology or willingness to learn about IT solutions and software.
  • Proactive Attitude: Desire to learn and develop in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate offers and favorable terms for clients and the company.
  • Flexibility: Availability to travel for meetings.
