Toyota's Integrated Customer Experience Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Accessory Sales Analyst.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide on-going administrative support of National Accessory Sales incentives and promotions
- Evaluate program parameters, identify targets, prepare presentation materials, provide region/field support and brief internal stakeholders on strategy and operations.
- Understand department and regional accessory sales objectives and develop materials and reporting necessary to support objectives.
- Manage accessory vehicle fleet of promotional / display vehicles and accessory displays
- Lead and coordinate accessory and accessorized vehicle displays for field events and major national meetings like SEMA and Dealer Meeting, etc.
- Assist with logistics and coordination for major Accessory Sales Meetings / Events, like Annual Advisory Board and Field Meetings
- Lead and support in-person and ongoing field meetings through planning and presentations
- Support business operations through materials and planning to bolster Accessory and Portfolio performance.
- Develop and launch accessory materials and promotions that generate dealer and field engagement with the sales of genuine Toyota accessories.
- Support incentive program parameters such as profitability, installation rates, payout amounts and product content.
- Support Accessory Sales Manager in working with distributor partners.
- Collaborate with Data Analytics partner to oversee the maintenance and enhancements of automated Accessory Sales Reports so that Regions can make business decisions using analytics
- Navigate eMarketplace to submit requisitions for various projects or to pay invoices
- Work with Data Governance team to develop 'bold new ways' of creating and disseminating reporting with focus on efficiency, timeliness and cost effectiveness.
- Manage distribution of incentive payments to the field based on field incentive performance
- Assist with department budget, JVs, and JV corrections; additionally oversee billing processes for AIM with Regions and PDs and supplier rebates

- Ability to manage multiple projects through strong organizational, collaborative and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess impact of programs and incentives affecting behavioral change
- Ability to prioritize multiple demands and perform relevant work for requestor
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills

- Field or Retail experience
- Understanding of budgeting and reporting
