Looking to build your client relationship, sales and trading skills? If so, we're recruiting into Liquidnet's Fixed Income Sales area and this opportunity may be the right fit for you! We are offering talented students the opportunity to gain valuable insight and hands-on experience in our Liquidnet Fixed Income division.

Our internship will start at the end of June 2026 and offers the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience. These positions are located in our 135 Bishopsgate offices, which can be found beside London Liverpool Street station.

The opportunity:

Our Summer Internship will give you the opportunity to gain unique insight into the role of a financial intermediatory, an agency execution specialist and a view into how the world's largest Inter-Dealer Broker functions. While day-to-day responsibilities will vary, the programme offers an incredible opportunity to build your foundational knowledge, professional skills and experiences to build a career in this space.

This a 10 week-long structured programme in Liquidnet offering on-the job learning, coaching and mentorship from Senior Management. You'll join alongside a cohort of individuals across a number of divisions within TP ICAP. Upon the completion of the programme, you will be assessed and considered for a full time permanent appointment within a team you are best suited to.

What we require from you:

• You will be a student in either the penultimate or final year of studies, able to undertake a full time permanent position starting in either 2026 or 2027.
• The ability to demonstrate a clear interest for a career within the Financial Services industry.
• A passion for working with people, the ability to navigate ambiguity and someone who thrives in a position which requires a delivery mindset.
• Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills. Able to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Can demonstrate both analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• An eye for detail.
• Comfortable with ambiguous, ever-changing situations.
• Prior exposure to the Microsoft Office suits (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word).
