TradeCentric is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate is a dynamic sales leader with a passion for connected technologies and a proven ability to drive company revenue by delivering cloud integration solutions that streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and enable scalable digital transformation for customers. This role leads and mentors a team selling TradeCentric's integration solutions that connect eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Salesforce, Adobe Commerce, OroCommerce, BigCommerce, etc.) with eProcurement systems (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP). It drives new logo acquisition sales targeting Mid-Market and Enterprise organizations.
As Sales Manager at TradeCentric, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing your sales team including recruiting, hiring, training, ramping, and driving quota attainment. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, this role oversees day-to-day sales execution while ensuring the team excels in applying the Same Side Selling methodology to win new business. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, data-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and can balance strategic vision with tactical execution.
Report to: VP of Sales
Pay Range: Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $100,000, with (OTE) of $130,000-$150,000. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
Work Location: This role is 100% remote. While we prefer candidates based in Charlottesville, Virginia, Minneapolis, Minnesota, Raleigh, North Carolina, Chicago, Illinois, or Boston, Massachusetts, we are open to considering candidates from other locations if you feel you meet the role's qualifications.
