The Regional Vice President of Sales is responsible for leading and managing the sales function of the region and maximizing growth through the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of sales strategies, programs, systems and initiatives. The primary function is to drive the Agency to meet and surpass company sales objectives.
Job Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree, MBA degree preferred
Experience: Minimum 4-6 years' experience of healthcare sales, hospice and/or home health care sales preferred, 5 years of senior leadership
Knowledge and Skills:
Must be able to read and write in English and follow instruction
Outstanding track records of experiences and successes in growing a sales territory, recruiting channel partners and exceeding assigned goals
Should possess reasonable knowledge in computer systems and be able to communicate well both verbally and written
Must be confident in presentation skills and able to address groups of various sizes as well as train individually in a one-on-one setting
Ability to analyze, monitor and track market results
Successful experience utilizing a CRM to manage team sales tasks, pipeline, and closing data
Successful experience monitoring and evaluating sales rep progress against stated expectations, in addition to aligning and changing behavior with performance expectations
In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques
Transportation: Reliable transportation and valid and current auto insurance.
Travel: Frequent, overnight travel

Works in an office environment, promoting functioning and coordination with all agency activities to insure the highest level of professional care. Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Physical and Mental Effort: Must be able to work under stressful conditions and time constraints of the agency or projects.
Essential Functions:
Effectively demonstrates the mission, vision and values of the agency on a daily basis. Provide day-to-day leadership and management to the agency that mirrors the missions and core values of the company
Collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
Provide assessments and analytics in the development of sales territories and deployment of sales staff
Support and partner with the Regional Director of Sales to develop and execute annual strategic plan/budget and prepare quarterly sales planning meetings to ensure achievement of established goals
Establish and achieve sales goals, metrics and milestones. Identifies and appropriately resolves referral source concerns
Provides leadership to the region's sales management team, while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behavior
Proactively reviews sales activity to ensure agents' efforts meet company expectation and provide updates to management on staff performance
Responsible for driving the division to achieve and surpass census goals, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives
Coordinates with the executive team in budget management for programs and initiatives, and forecasts and monitors annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
Reviews and monitors CRM. Utilizes CRM to manage sales team and sales data.
Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives
Motivate and lead high performance management team; attract, recruit and retain required members of the management team. Ensure effective and on-going on the job training of team members, evaluate and record individual and team performance, provide coaching and counseling and make appropriate developmental recommendations
Utilize data analysis and market research to determine market behavior, demand for services, emerging needs, and competitive activity to create differentiation strategies and maintain a competitive edge
Reviews regional expenses and recommending improvements
Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships
Establish and maintain effective communication within and between offices
Compensation Range: $152,100.00 - $185,900.00
