- The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience, which is preferred but not required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
- The successful individual must be energetic, outgoing, and tenacious, with the ability to overcome objections.
- Strong communication skills are essential for articulating the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations.
- The candidate should be comfortable working in a high-energy environment and conducting face-to-face presentations.
