- The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience, which is preferred but not strictly required. - A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a college degree is preferred for this role. - Candidates must possess a high level of energy, an outgoing personality, and a tenacious attitude to succeed in a sales environment. - The ability to maintain production standards and overcome objections is crucial for success in this position. - Candidates should be comfortable conducting face-to-face presentations and building rapport with prospective clients.
