- The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and must possess timeshare sales experience.
- A successful individual will be able to make effective sales presentations and work independently.
- Meeting or exceeding minimum performance standards is crucial for this role.
- The candidate should be able to accurately answer guests' questions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Preferred candidates will have a track record of achievement, such as being a President Club achiever.
