- The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience, although this is preferred and not required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
- The candidate must possess strong communication skills to effectively articulate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations.
- An energetic, outgoing, and tenacious personality is essential for success in this role.
- The ability to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle is crucial.
