Factory Sales Intern (12 Months)

Your Tasks:
- Enter all inquiries into SAP and distribute them to the respective Tender Manager.
- Maintain and monitor all open inquiries to guarantee that quotes are dispatched in a timely manner.
- Support the departmental manager in reporting and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to Factory Sales.
- Coordinate the collection and preparation of statistical reports, including quote volume, lost opportunities, and hit rates.
- Collaborate with other Trench entities regarding the resale business and prepare the necessary bid request documentation (ICS).
- Assist the Factory Sales team by preparing bid documentation, updating sales presentation slides, and creating preliminary schedules using SAP, Excel, Gantt charts, or other equivalent tools.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering program or recently graduated.
- Proficient, Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project).
- Proficiency with SAP Database would be an asset.
- Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI and SQL is an asset.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment and software tools.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Experience with data analysis and report generation using software tools.
