Anthuria is bringing AI innovation to senior living facilities, transforming how nurses and operators manage critical healthcare information. About the Sales Role

We're looking for a mission-driven Sales Lead who thrives at the intersection of go to market strategy, relationship-building, and execution. In this role, you'll work closely with our team and tap into the TriEdge network to accelerate the growth of Anthuria's AI platform across post-acute care, senior living, and nursing home operators.

You'll play a critical role in turning early interest into revenue—helping shape our go-to-market motion while delivering real value to frontline healthcare teams.

What You'll Do

  1. Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to signed contract across mid-market and enterprise skilled nursing facility organizations
  2. Design and scale repeatable, insight-driven sales processes, leveraging tools like Salesforce to drive revenue operations
  3. Partner with Product and Clinical teams to tailor demos, craft compelling narratives, and translate product value into operational and financial impact
  4. Drive pipeline through outbound outreach, conference attendance, and partnership distribution channels, as well as qualifying inbound leads
  5. Lead pricing, proposal, and contract negotiations with empathy, speed, and attention to detail
  6. Forecast growth projections to enable data-driven decision-making, surfacing pipeline trends, conversion metrics, and growth levers to executive leadership
  7. Collaborate with GTM and Implementation to ensure smooth handoffs and customer success post-sale
  8. Gather field insights to help shape product roadmap and commercial strategy

Who You Are

  • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle sales experience in B2B SaaS, with a track record of exceeding quota
  • Strong communicator who can simplify complex tech and healthcare workflows for diverse buyer personas
  • Experienced selling to operators in healthcare
  • Comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder deals, including clinical, financial, and executive buyers
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and thrives in fast-paced startup environments
  • Motivated by solving real-world problems that improve care delivery and staff efficiency

Bonus Points

  • Experience in healthcare tech sales (SaaS, EHR, analytics, care coordination, etc.)
  • Led growth initiatives in startup environments, driving acquisition, funnel optimization, and top-of-funnel strategy to support sales pipeline growth.

Location

Anthuria is an in-person team with offices in Hudson Yards. This role is expected to be in office Monday–Thursday, working remotely on Fridays. Some travel to conferences or customer sites may be required as we scale.
