Civil Construction within Trimble Inc is Transforming The Way the World Works with development of next generation technologies that enables Infra focused organizations to optimizes large-scale infrastructure projects by linking disparate field operations into a single digital data environment. For public agencies and large civil enterprises, CCFS standardizes workflows across mixed equipment fleets, automates regulatory compliance, and ensures all contractors work from the same engineering design. By collecting continuous, real-time data on machine movements and material volumes, the system reduces costly errors and streamlines progress verification before capital is paid out.
We are looking for a highly motivated, sales professional, with good understanding of the Construction industry particularly Infra, who will implement the regional GTM strategy for growing Product Lines.
· He/she is accountable for the development and execution of sales plans and the achievement of defined goals for a particular Product line including Machine Control and Guidance, Site Surveying and Design Software .This individual is responsible for providing direction, hands-on coaching and specific guidance to the distribution network also.
· He/ she will work directly with the customers/distributors and build sales pipeline across different industry segments including Construction, Survey and Infrastructure etc. to achieve sales targets.
· He/she will showcase Trimble Technology and bridge the requirements of the client with the Trimble offerings.
· Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts for the product line and maintain sales pipeline.
· Regional travelling is expected around (50%-75%) for product demonstrations, presentations and participation in events.
· At least BE/BS degree in an engineering, and/or business development field. Post-Graduation in Marketing stream will be an added advantage. In lieu of unrelated academic background, industry experience is also considered. Field sales experience in the similar field is a plus.
· Minimum 10 years in Sales Management experience in the Construction industry. Extensive distribution and multiple channel experience is a plus.
· Working knowledge of surveying workflows and software for various applications.
· Experience developing and maintaining Key Account relationships.
· Self-motivated, sense of urgency to plan, execute various activities to engage customers on solutions.
· Understands customer and market segmentation.
· Proficient knowledge on product and applications.
· Key knowledge of served markets and industries.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Result-driven Business Development/Sales Manager with a proven track record of driving revenue and managing key accounts with infrastructure clients across North and East India.
· Proven experience in managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle, tendering, and approvals with central government bodies including NHAI, MorTH and Inland Waterways networks
