What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you will act as the ultimate subject matter expert and strategic lead for license compliance across your assigned territory, moving beyond simple enforcement to become a visionary architect of regional go-to-market strategies. You will have the unique opportunity to manage high-stakes C-level negotiations and legal escalations, directly shaping how Trimble protects its innovations and builds sustainable, compliant relationships with global enterprise clients.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Spearhead regional license compliance strategies and custom workflows to align with local laws and drive market growth.
  • Lead high-level C-level negotiations and legal escalations for major accounts, turning compliance risks into secure business outcomes.
  • Orchestrate a global network of agencies and internal sales partners to ensure seamless licensing education and settlement processes.
  • Use effective data analysis methods with Cylynt and Salesforce CRM to identify leads and maintain a high-precision pipeline forecast.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Channel partners to identify upsell opportunities and minimize churn through licensing education.
  • Mitigate piracy pushback and prevent renewal churn by acting as a consultant-minded negotiator focused on long-term ecosystem health.
  • Advise LC Agencies on adequate licensing settlements as per the Poa (Power Of Attorney)

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of expertise in Enterprise License Compliance, Audit, or Software Piracy management.
  • Expert-level negotiation skills with a track record of managing C-level discussions and complex legal escalations.
  • Proven track record in regional territory management with mandatory sales and consulting experience.
  • Deep technical proficiency with Cylynt (Smartflow) and Salesforce CRM.
  • Fluency in English (certified) and a strong analytical mindset for scenario-based data analysis.

Bonus Points For:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin to support regional communication.
  • Advanced knowledge of Software Asset Management (Sam) tools and best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or Information Technology.

Logistics :

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia or Taipei, Taiwan (In-Office)

Travel Requirement: upto 60%
