Trimble is seeking an experienced Sales Manager, ideally with experience in the Construction Tech space, who will take ownership of our Go to Market strategy for our Specialist Sub-Contractor business. In this market, you will be responsible for increasing market share across multiple AECO products, as well as providing leadership and direction for a team of six BDM's.
As our Specialist Sub-Contractor Sales Manager, you'll partner with your fellow Mid-Market Sales Managers as well as the Sales Managers for our SMB and Enterprise teams, to maximize the cross-selling and upselling opportunities across our AECO product portfolio. Through your leadership and strategic sales development, you will deliver targeted business outcomes, great customer experience, and growth in revenue, consumption and usage for Trimble.
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Sales Manager with experience in the SAAS space and of managing the sale of multiple products. You will be a leader who has grown and developed sales teams.
Ideally you will be based within a commutable distance of one of our UK offices but for the right candidate this role can be fully remote. As our Mid-Market Sales Manager, you will need to be comfortable with roughly 50% travel in this role, predominantly across the UK.
