Corporate Sales Manager – Corporate & Group Events Location: Golfzon Social Brooklyn About the Role Golfzon Social is redefining indoor golf, sports viewing, and group entertainment. We're looking for a Corporate Sales Manager to own outbound sales and drive event bookings at our Brooklyn flagship location. This role is all about building relationships, creating new opportunities, and positioning Golfzon Social as the go-to destination for corporate events, team outings, and holiday parties. You'll focus on outbound prospecting and closing, supported by our marketing and operations teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
What You'll Do • Generate new business through proactive outreach — calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across industries like finance, tech, media, legal, and healthcare • Create tailored proposals and packages that meet client needs and maximize revenue • Secure bookings for large parties, buyouts, and multi-event packages • Use CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to track outreach, opportunities, and performance • Represent Golfzon Social at local networking events and within the business community
What We're Looking For • 3+ years of success in corporate/group event sales or business development in hospitality, entertainment, or experiential venues • Proven ability to exceed sales goals and manage a high-volume pipeline • Experience with brands like Topgolf, Bowlero, SPIN, City Winery, or similar is a big plus • Confident communicator, skilled negotiator, and strong closer • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
