・Support the sales team leading and team members in sales activities at the Miyagi Technical Center in Sendai for an important existing customer (semiconductor manufacturing equipment manufacturer)

・Report to direct superiors at Yokohama headquarters (Electronics Sales Department Manager or Electronics Sales Group Manager)

・Manage existing customers and acquire new cases

・Manage customer demos for new products

・Regular visits to customers

・Coordination with technical staff

[Workplace] Yokohama headquarters (Midori Ward, Yokohama City) or Miyagi Technical Center (Taihaku Ward, Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture)

[Travel and Frequency] Yes (1-2 times per month to Yokohama headquarters, 1-2 times per year to Germany headquarters)

[Relocation] None for now, but may be possible in the future depending on business situation and personal wishes

[Secondment] None

[Application Requirements]

(Required) Sales experience of 7 years or more (semiconductor, precision, electronics, etc. preferred), ordinary car driver's license, intermediate English (email and meetings in English with HQ Germany and Poland)

(Preferred) Experience in handling electronic plasma power sources, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, or various components for semiconductor manufacturing equipment

[Salary] Negotiable

[Bonus] Twice a year, 100% achievement of individual and company performance against basic salary for a total of 2 months

[Commute Allowance] Up to 50,000 yen per month as per company regulations. *No allowance if company car is provided *Employees working at Miyagi Technical Center can commute by personal car

[Overtime Allowance] Premium pay for night and holiday work

[Other Allowances] Sales allowance 50,000 yen per month

[Selection Process] Three interviews. No aptitude tests.
