Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Work with CEO to develop and execute a sales pipeline strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets
2. Manage the sales process from prospecting and qualification to negotiations and contract closure, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for customers
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and decision makers
4. Build and deliver powerful presentations and proposals to prospective customers
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams – including co-founders, product and marketing – to ensure customers' success
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6-10 years of B2B enterprise software sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand and clearly communicate complex concepts and value propositions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Passion for Responsible AI and its potential to drive positive business and societal impact
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
