✨ About The Role
- Responsible for building brand awareness in B&M channels through field sales, education, training, and event strategies
- Coordinate work plan for Beauty Advisors in key markets and drive market share by working in the field
- Achieve targeted territory sales growth within budgeted parameters
- Develop national and market-specific branded retailer training and event programs to increase brand awareness
- Manage and coordinate store events, high-level trainings, and educational programs

- Experienced Account Executive with a track record of leading results-driven teams in the beauty/skincare industry
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to foster professional relationships with retailers
- Competitive drive balanced with a team-oriented, positive attitude
- Proficient in sales analysis, budget management, and product knowledge in skincare
- Ability to drive market share by working in the field at least 80% of the time
