The Manager I leads, directs, and manages internal sales teams to initiate, negotiate, and close business energy sales. Champions development of process improvement mechanisms to increase sales and conversion rates, accuracy of booked volumes, and ensure the overall integrity and profitability of the channels. These sales must meet or exceed company profit guidelines while adhering to all company and regulatory guidelines.
