The Sales Planning (Global Publishing) team aims to maximize the revenues of Ubisoft games by building the best possible offers for our digital partners (PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, Nintendo, Epic Games Store, Ubisoft Store…), while maintaining a consumer-centric approach.

At the heart of this mission, the SKU (Shopping Key Units) Planning plays a key role: structuring and coordinating the different editions and products (Standard, Deluxe, Gold, Ultimate, etc.) to ensure their coherence and harmonious integration across all stores.

Supervised by a Program Manager – SKU Planning, you will support the team and actively participate in the construction and update of the editions plans of our games. Your missions will allow you to acquire a cross-functional and strategic vision of Ubisoft's offers, while developing your analytical and organizational skills.

Your main missions:

Support tools & coordination – 50%

  • Contribute to the development and feeding of the SKU Plan Library, the central database of editions plans,
  • Support the team in the implementation and improvement of tracking tools,
  • Participate in the implementation of SKU Plans in Ubisoft's back office tool, in liaison with cross-functional teams,
  • Ensure the good circulation and update of information with global and local teams.

Benchmark & market analysis – 40%

  • Conduct research and competitive intelligence on the editions, contents, and pricing strategies of other publishers,
  • Participate in the construction of structured comparative tables (prices, contents, positioning),
  • Help produce clear and visual summaries to inform decision-making.

Support for the elaboration and structuring of offers – 10%

  • Assist the team in the creation of SKU Plans for new Ubisoft games (definition of editions, additional contents, pre-order bonuses…),
  • Contribute to the update of SKU Planning guidelines based on market trends and player needs,
  • Support the preparation of strategic recommendations on future offers.

Qualifications

  • You are a student, and ideally have first experience in Sales, Marketing, or Project Management,
  • You are a true Team Player, and can manage your priorities and work on multiple projects at the same time,
  • You demonstrate both rigor, organization, and creativity. You are also recognized for your excellent interpersonal skills,
  • You are fluent in English (written and oral),
  • You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (PPT, Excel).
  • You are an active gamer, and follow the video game market and its news very closely.
  • If you are looking for a unique experience in the gaming industry and are ready to take on a challenging opportunity, we would like to get to know you!

Additional Information

If your application is selected, you will be contacted first by a representative of our Campus team for a telephone exchange to determine if your profile matches both the ad and your aspirations.

If this exchange is successful, you will be given a practical case to assess your technical skills in relation to the opportunity.

Finally, a physical or virtual interview via Teams will be organized with your future stage tutor.

Advantages as a trainee at Ubisoft:

  • Internship remuneration according to the level of studies
