Sales Executive Officer-Asset Financing

The Sales Executive Officer-Asset Financing is primarily responsible for the sales of the products at the specific location(s) as directed by the Management. The Officer will be responsible for all Asset Finance onboarding within the framework of the vision, policies, and values of the company.

Key Specific Duties include:

  • Attracting potential Clients to Asset Finance products as well as maintaining the service standards in serving our existing customers and expanding our customer base.
  • Acting as the contact person at nominated sales point(s) for all incoming inquiries from potential and existing Clients concerning Asset Finance products offered by the Company.
  • Providing pro-active, accurate, detailed, and comprehensive product presentation in respect of the Client's inquiry.
  • Ensuring proper and timely loan request processing, acquiring necessary documentation and ensuring asset proper release including tracking installation, issuance of plates and asset insurance.
  • Conducting pre-assessment of the Client's financial position and offering the best suitable product configuration.
  • Collecting necessary documentation, including but not limited to ID, PIN, photo, and asset details, and checking for document authenticity.
  • Issuing appropriate Loan Agreements, ensuring data entry accuracy and correctness, and making sure that all essential conditions of Loan Agreement such as (but not limited to) duration, payment schedules, due amount, as well as legally binding consequences in case of breach of Terms and Conditions of this Agreement are fully explained to the Client and accepted by the Client.
  • Accompanying client at all stages of the asset financing process from the moment of inquiry to the release of the asset.
  • Advancing on customer support by conducting preventive and follow-up calls and reminders to clients to ensure adherence to payment schedules.
  • Preparing and submitting activity reports and performance analysis following Company reporting procedures.
  • Any other duty as may be assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounts, Economics, Business Management, or a related field.
  • At least four years of experience in microfinance, banking, lending, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in dealing with SME customers.
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis, credit assessment, and risk management principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Knowledge of relevant microfinance regulations and compliance standards.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound lending decisions.
  • High level of integrity, ethical behaviour, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
