- The Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative support to the sales representative team.
- Responsibilities include answering customer calls and responding to sales representative emails.
- The role involves placing orders and quotes for customers, as well as obtaining pricing and requesting quotes from vendors.
- The assistant will assist Sales Leadership with reports and various projects to enhance team efficiency.
- The position requires working Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
