We are looking for motivated graduates to undertake a training program within our Sales Support Team. This is an opportunity that will allow you to develop professional skills in the commercial field and support the activities of our sales network directly.

Training objectives and main activities

Under the guidance of the Group Leader of the Sales Support Team, and in collaboration with the Commercial Office, you will be involved in a training program that will allow you to acquire skills in the following activities:

• Supporting the needs of current and potential customers, providing back-office activities;
• managing internal requests and collaborating with colleagues in the Sales Team;
• supporting the sales network in the preparation of commercial proposals and administrative activities;
• contributing to the daily management of commercial offers, interfacing with other company departments;
• ensuring the quality and updating of data through the use of the company CRM;
• participating in customer loyalty activities.

Qualifiche

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or university degree, preferably in the technical and/or economic field;
• good knowledge of the Office package (Excel and Microsoft Office in particular);
• good knowledge of the English language written and spoken (B1 level);
• basic knowledge of the main CRM or willingness to learn them;
• accuracy, teamwork attitude, organizational skills, competence in the elaboration and interpretation of numerical data.
