Sales Development Internship

Unifi is seeking high-energy and driven college students, or recent graduates, to join our Sales Development Internship Program and develop and cultivate new customer relationships across region of airport locations. As part of this internship program, you will receive training and mentorship to help you identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with mid-sized airports and airlines, while learning to present and promote our comprehensive suite of aviation services.

The ideal intern will demonstrate strong relationship-building skills, exceptional communication abilities, a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and a resourceful, can-do work ethic. We are open to both full-time and part-time scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel between 3–5 assigned airport locations to engage with airport and airline leadership teams.
  • Initiate conversations to understand current vendor relationships, service gaps, and operational needs.
  • Share information about Unifi Aviation's services and capabilities in a professional and compelling manner.
  • Document key insights and opportunities to provide to the Sales team for follow-up and potential contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with mentors and team members to develop effective outreach strategies and refine relationship-building skills.

Qualifications:

  • Ability and willingness to travel by car to multiple airport locations as part of the role.
  • Recent graduate or currently enrolled in a college or university program.
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and/or the aviation industry.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
