Job Responsibilities

Handling Unilever business in Medan city area with high complexity. Holding the largest revenue in Medan area with a contribution of almost 14.3%.

Ensuring KPI input to achieve targets with GT Strategy 2026 through CDMA: Gold Direct Coverage (Outlet Cover addition), TDP (BP, Lines, Assortment), Field Capability DSR, Indirect Coverage by Klub Sukses, Appointing second Dealer as KS participant, Ensuring visibility with KBK concept, and utilizing Sahabat Warung Technology.

Working collaboratively as a team, and having high integrity.

Build expertise in execution and operational excellence.

Leading, training, and coaching field teams to deliver business targets.

Ensuring the excellence execution and profitable operations of distributor

Develop Coaching to respective team, for continuously growth

Exposure to large stakeholders, internal and external.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of working experience in FMCG Sales

Holds a Bachelor's degree.

Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Agile, proactive, and curious.

Strong distributor relationship management

Good with data and able to generate insights with action plan

Having experience on developing team and influencing the stakeholders
