This position serves as the organization's "Nerve Centre," ensuring efficient back-end operations that enable customer development and optimize tools, systems, and data management. The role is accountable for implementing and driving sales and data operational processes, while fostering cross-functional collaboration to deliver seamless execution.

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Sales, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Technology.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of business experience, preferably in cross-functional roles within Customer Development, IT, or Operations.
Systems Expertise: Hands-on experience with enterprise systems (SAP APO, SAP ECC, EDI, Evergreen TPO) and data platforms, having successfully navigated system implementation or transformation journeys.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Data & Analytics tools and MS Power BI.
Versatility: Ability to wear multiple hats and adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
Collaboration & Influence: Skilled at managing third-party providers and working effectively with consultants and external partners while constructively challenging the status quo.
Mindset: Entrepreneurial approach with agility to learn unfamiliar areas and drive solutions independently.
