Managing, developing, and retaining the strategic accounts of the channel, ensuring the fulfillment of sales, profitability, and sustainable growth targets.
Acting as the main point of contact between the client and the organization, identifying business opportunities and aligning needs with internal capabilities.
Developing commercial and growth plans on account, meeting defined sales, margin, and KPI objectives.
Performing sales forecasts, tracking results, and analyzing opportunities.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers, managing commercial meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Supervising the correct execution of commercial agreements, promotions, and activation plans at the point of sale.
Analyzing sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to propose corrective and strategic actions.
Collaborating closely with Trade Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain areas to ensure comprehensive execution.
