Job Purpose

Establish and maintain relationships with customers in the modern channel, as well as closing the sales cycle, maintaining stocked points of sale, and ensuring the execution of dynamics.

Your Main Responsibilities

  1. Ensure that the client invoices Unilever products in their points of sale. Ensure sell-in and sell-out.
  2. Ensure that the share in the weight of the category of our products is maintained.
  3. Be the client's representative in matters of collections and portfolio.
  4. Perform client payment settlements.
  5. Control invoices (overdue, unpaid, and paid) and customer balance notes.
  6. Maintain close relationships with Marketing, Finance, ISE, and CEDI departments.
  7. Meet the sales quota for the closing.
  8. Procure the application of discounts and promotions in PDV.
  9. Be responsible for the strategic planning of clients.
  10. Control the budget assigned by Trade Marketing achieving the greatest possible return on investment.
  11. Perform settlements with clients for their collections for commercial activities. (Manage credit notes)
  12. Plan quarterly follow-up meetings with clients for business reviews.
  13. Ensure the healthy rotation of inventories and coordinate actions on products about to expire.
  14. Manage returns that may occur in clients due to quality issues.
  15. Manage the innovation process in clients and channels.
  16. Follow up on Unilever innovation processes with clients.

What You Will Need To Succeed

Experience:

  • Two to three years of experience as a sales executive and commercial management.
  • Experience in the development of the modern channel within mass consumption.
  • Client portfolio management.
  • Management of budgets and control of expenses in promotional campaigns.

Skills:

  • Microsoft Office tools management, advanced Excel handling, and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of budgetary and quotation tools.
  • Proactive, with initiative to solve problems and propose improvements.
  • Extroverted, with effective communication skills and teamwork.

Soft Skills:

  • Strategic and creative thinking.
  • Collaborative leadership capacity.
  • Result orientation and data-based decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
