As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be at the center of our mission (simplify the homebuying experience) to reshape the industry.
As a Sales Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Refine and standardize our sales & customer experience processes across the organization to improve operational efficiency and productivity
- Scope out and manage strategic projects with key subject matter experts to deliver highly requested operational changes and improvements to the Marketing, Sales and Finance orgs
- Continuously proactively identify and implement process improvements
- Produce scheduled and ad hoc reporting from various internal and SaaS based systems to senior management team
- Work cross functionally to document and roll out process improvements and change management related to sales ops improvements.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience in revenue/sales operations
- Expert proficiency in various CRM tooling (ie: Salesforce/Hubspot) and working knowledge of business intelligence tools
- Forward thinking mindset
- Passion for pioneering innovative, highly effective tools & processes
- An innate desire to help others succeed, and gain a tremendous sense of accomplishment when they do as a result of your work
- The ability to utilize data insights to drive decision-making and can give examples of how you have done this in the past.
- The ability to take on multiple projects at a time because you are highly organized, prioritize your tasks, and communicate when you need help
- Excellent communications skills including, presenting, editing, and writing as well as accuracy and attention to detail required
