- As a Business Development Representative at UpKeep, you will be tasked with expanding the pipeline of qualified opportunities and building relationships. - The job involves opening sales conversations with prospects who align with UpKeep's ideal customer profile. - You will manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and partner with Territory Managers to create and run playbooks for winning prioritized accounts. - The role requires creating account plans by conducting research and synthesizing information to understand customers' needs and how UpKeep delivers value. - You will be responsible for outbound prospecting through cold calling, email, sales sequences, and nurture campaigns. - The job includes engaging with prospects over various channels to qualify and set appointments for Territory Managers. - Meeting or exceeding strategic goals and targets by engaging with qualified leads is a key part of the role. - Participation in or travel to industry events to meet with potential clients in person may be required. - Regular follow-up with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs is part of the job. - Maintaining the CRM database, specifically Salesforce.com, is an essential function of this position.

⚡ Requirements
