Your role is to handle urgent transportation needs for strategic level customers.
What You'll Do
Takes incoming calls, emails, and instant messages from warehouse customers to deliver goods with customized solutions.
Order Placement & Tracking
Make sure all orders are processed within SLA.
Prioritize Specialty Accounts. Monitor the parts from pickup to delivery
Proactively monitors orders to avoid delays
Fix delayed orders to avoid further issues
Ensure all orders are delivered on time
Your Skills
Customer focused, service/detail oriented, able to multi-task and make decisions that help serve our customer's goals.
Should be problem solvers, able to troubleshoot urgent situations and provide custom transportation solutions.
Representative can be called on to identify problems with existing transportation orders and get the shipment moving to the correct destination quickly.
