The Sales Planning & Performance Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the correct Book of Business alignment for UPS and select 3rd party resources. He/She also provides systems and administrative support to the Sales Planning and Performance team. This position involves meticulous review, coordination, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to support organizational goals.
