An Inside Sales Associate manages the full sales cycle, from finding and qualifying prospect customers of small & medium size to closing deals. Focuses on driving revenue and managing the customer needs via phones and emails from the office. Provides support to customer issues (e.g shipping, billing..), conducts sales calls to existing and potential customers to maintain and grow revenue and to enhance customers satisfaction in line with business plans and company's policies, uses CRM tools, collaborates with teams to hit targets.

Qualifications
Degree in a business-related qualification.
Relative experience in customer service or sales min 2 years.
Sales acumen: negotiation, active listening, and value selling.
Communication: strong communication and presentation skills (written & verbal).
Technology skills: proficiency with CRM software and productivity tools.
Organization: time management skills to meet targets.
Proficiency in EN and Greek Language.
