Program Overview

This 24-month rotational program is designed for high-potential candidates seeking a career in sales and commercial leadership. Participants will rotate through three key areas:

  • Customer Service Rotation (4-6 months): Learn MCC's World Class Service model. Gain hands-on experience managing customer orders, resolving complaints, and supporting capacity planning. Develop analytical and communication skills while mastering MCC's business systems.
  • Sales Support Rotation (6 - 8 months): Participate in cross-functional projects from concept to commercialization. Partner with Account Manager to manage customer timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications. Gain an understanding and experience in sales enablement tools.
  • Account Management Rotation (12 months): Own strategic account planning and customer engagement. Support bids/RFPs, forecasting, and pipeline development. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong internal and external relationships across departments and customer accounts.
  • Demonstrate a customer-first mindset and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Participate in sales reporting and CRM management.
  • Travel as needed to engage with customers and MCC teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365; experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Passion for customer service, project execution, and strategic sales
