Primary Location: Salt Lake City, Utah

Job Description

· Create and maintain customer price files and new item forms.

· Verify/monitor pricing and discounting on all products, for selected chain customers, in all sales centers.

· Respond to an increasing number of customer requests regarding key accounts. Coordinate this activity with Key Account Managers and be prepared to suggest solutions and ways to improve efficiencies.

· Process customer program related invoices, including creating/processing the PO for customer payment and submitting for all related marketing support.

· Update weekly and monthly planner and update the Ad Tracker for designated customers.

· Communicate continually with coworkers, sales centers, and customers via face-to-face, email, telephone, and written correspondence. Build rapport with customers by maintaining a one-on-one relationship with the proper person in the proper department(s).

· Pull sales numbers from VIP system for respective accounts for review.

· Provide administrative support to Key Account Managers and Large Format Director using systems and tools specific to the company and job.

· Miscellaneous other office duties as assigned.

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 an hour based on experience!

Shift: Monday-Friday Only!

Weekends Off!
