Job Title

Assists with the day-to-day handling of customer accounts with regard to order processing, order solicitation, and general account maintenance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls from customers
  • Process quotes in the ERP system and send to customers
  • Convert quotes into orders
  • Identify and source buy outs with appropriate vendors
  • Input laser and Owatonna quote requests and orders
  • Enter purchase orders with vendors
  • Input material return authorizations if necessary
  • Follow up on quotations made to customers
  • Communicate with account managers regarding accounts
  • Attend monthly sales training meetings

Position Requirements:

  • College education is preferred in a business related field
  • This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Must enjoy working with and developing relationships with new people
  • Must maintain confidentiality regarding customer account specifics
