About the Role:
We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Sales & Lead Management Representative to support a dynamic outreach program. This role blends outside sales, lead tracking, and community engagement to help drive program awareness and participation.
Typical Day Includes:
Traveling within your assigned territory to visit prospective businesses (door-to-door outreach)
Pitching a new program opportunity and generating interest
Qualifying leads and guiding businesses through the application and vetting process
Managing lead activity and pipeline in Salesforce
Supporting recruitment events (e.g., lunch & learns, town halls, coffee chats)
Partnering with local influencers (chambers of commerce, economic development groups)
Importing Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce weekly
Assigning and managing incoming leads for the sales team
Creating and maintaining sales reports
Analyzing lead data (conversion rates, cost per lead, etc.)
Collaborating with internal teams to improve sales processes
Qualifications:
1-2 years of sales and/or customer service experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable with multiple systems
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently in the field for up to 8 hours daily
Prior outside sales or sales support experience preferred

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $25.00/hr.
