Outbound Sales Account Executive

We are establishing a new onsite Outbound Sales Team in Lewisville, TX to drive aggressive new business development. As an Outbound Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging new prospects, creating opportunities, and closing deals that expand our customer base. This role is best suited for competitive, resilient, and results-driven professionals who thrive in a structured, high-activity sales environment and bring a proven track record of achieving sales goals.

Execute outbound prospecting strategies including cold calls, targeted emails, and social outreach to generate new leads.

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with disciplined CRM documentation and follow-up.

Engage buyers, engineers, and decision-makers through a consultative selling approach.

Deliver compelling products and value presentations tailored to customer needs.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer service, and product teams to maximize account success.

Consistently achieve or exceed activity metrics, pipeline goals, and revenue targets.

Track and report progress to the Senior Group Sales Leader, providing insights on customer needs and market trends.

Represent the company with professionalism and a strong customer-first mindset.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

2-4 years of successful inside sales or B2B customer-facing experience with measurable achievements (quota attainment, account growth, or new business wins).

Strong outbound prospecting skills and a high-activity mindset.

Demonstrated resilience and persistence in handling rejection.

Excellent planning and organizational skills with structured daily discipline.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with technical buyers and decision-makers.

Proven ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Proficiency with CRM systems and pipeline management.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent practical sales experience).

Exposure to technology, telecom, networking, or industrial sales.

Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.

Experience thriving in incentive-driven, competitive sales environments.

Reports To: Senior Group Sales Leader

Physical Job Requirements:

This position is primarily performed in an office or hybrid environment and involves long periods of computer use and seated work. The role requires the ability to maintain a consistent workstation posture and perform repetitive activities such as typing, reviewing data, and participating in virtual or in-person meetings. Mobility within the workplace (e.g., between offices, meeting rooms, or operational areas) is required to fulfill essential job functions. The role also requires sufficient visual acuity to read detailed reports, system dashboards, spreadsheets, and electronic communications. This role does not involve physical labor, however there may be occasional movement throughout facilities or travel that requires moderate physical stamina.
