We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business across a defined territory, helping organizations adopt our suite of construction and engineering solutions. You will work closely with prospects and customers to uncover needs, present tailored solutions, and act as their trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan focused on the construction and engineering sector.
Identify and engage with key decision-makers within large enterprises and project owners.
Proactively source new opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry research.
Conduct software demonstrations, whiteboard sessions, and strategic solution presentations to customers and prospects.
Collaborate with internal teams-including solution engineers, product specialists, and customer success-to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Develop pricing proposals, handle complex negotiations, and close enterprise-level deals.
Act as the frontline support and trusted advisor for customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term value.
Stay informed on market trends, construction and engineering best practices, and competitive landscape.
Travel up to 30% within your territory to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support opportunities.
Required:
Proven success in enterprise software sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Experience leading complex sales cycles and working with cross-functional internal teams.
Preferred:
Knowledge or background in construction, engineering, or capital project management.
Familiarity with AI-driven solutions or project management software.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
