Oracle Communications is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive enterprise communications solution sales across key enterprise accounts within the US West territory (excluding federal markets). This dynamic role requires an ambitious, results-driven individual with a passion for technology and a proven track record of new business development in large or global enterprise environments.
Own and develop the territory strategy to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for Oracle Communications solutions across all enterprise market verticals.
Proactively hunt and win new logo enterprise accounts, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Build, nurture, and strengthen strategic relationships with customers and partners throughout the enterprise communications ecosystem.
Develop tailored solution proposals and value propositions to address customer business needs.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (pre-sales, solution architects, marketing, and support) to ensure seamless customer engagement and success.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding Oracle Communications portfolio and relevant market trends.
Minimum 5 years of successful solution selling experience to large and/or global enterprise accounts, ideally for complex communications or technology offerings.
Proven, self-motivated sales performer with strong new business development strategies and a record of consistently exceeding quota and delivering new logo wins.
Demonstrated ability to rapidly grow territory and partner relationships.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience in enterprise communications, cloud, or SaaS-based solutions.
Knowledge of the US West region enterprise landscape.
Hiring Range in USD from: $90,000 to $185,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55 - 50/50.
