Robert Half is hiring Appointment Setters/Sales Assistants for a leading client headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA for a remote opportunity, only residents from PA, FL, OH, and DE. If you live in Pittsburgh, PA you are required to be hybrid and work partially onsite.

This is a full-time position, possibility for contract to hire. They have a structured 60-day plan based on performance. Work schedule: Monday - Friday. Pay: $20. Must have previous sales experience.

1st week of training is 9AM - 1PM/2PM Eastern. After training you can schedule your hours between 8:30am - 6:30pm.

What You'll Do:

As an Appointment Setter, you'll be the first point of contact between our clients and potential customers. You'll play a key role in initiating long-term business relationships by:

• Scheduling qualified appointments with C-level executives and high-level decision-makers across a variety of industries
• Presenting client solutions in areas such as Employee Benefits, Property & Casualty, Executive Compensation, and IT
• Representing our clients professionally, positioning their unique value with confidence
• Using proprietary tools to manage lead information and follow-up communications
• Meeting and exceeding appointment quotas while maintaining high-quality standards

Requirements - Previous experience in sales or a related field.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade high-level professionals.

Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality and dependability.

Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with CRM or lead management tools.

Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a results-driven environment.

Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
