We're hiring an Automotive Sales Manager to lead retail operations, drive sales performance, and support omni-channel initiatives. This role oversees the sales team, finance process, and store operations, making it ideal for a results-driven leader ready to take the next step in their career.

The starting wage for this position is $17.75/hr + Commission and Benefits

What You'll Do:

• Sales Leadership
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Lead and manage the sales team, including hiring, scheduling, and performance coaching
• Drive CRM accountability and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Support digital retailing initiatives, including Rent2Buy
• Finance Oversight
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of finance deal packages
• Follow up on missing documents and pending deals
• Collaborate with Sales Consultants to improve finance metrics
• Support Finance & Insurance (F&I) process and performance
• Store Operations
• Deliver high customer satisfaction scores (NPS)
• Train staff on customer interaction and operational processes
• Act as second-in-command at the store location
• Support inventory, reconditioning, and pricing processes
• Monitor compliance with store and audit checklists
• Address employee, customer, and vendor concerns in partnership with leadership and HR

What We're Looking For:

• Must be 20 years of age or older
• 3+ years of car sales experience
• 1+ year of management experience
• Experience in auto dealership or auto financing preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse, high-performing team
• Results-driven with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Excellent organization, time management, and adaptability
